Salford, 14th April 2024: Salford Red Devils secured their eighth win in 13 Super League games this season, defeating London Broncos 34-4 in a commanding home performance. The Red Devils showcased a clinical second-half display to secure the victory at the Salford Community Stadium.

Chris Hankinson, the Red Devils’ fullback, delivered a solid performance, looking assured under the high ball throughout the match. Ethan Ryan and Deon Cross also put in steady shifts on the wings for the home side.

The standout performers for Salford were Nene Macdonald and Tim Lafai. The Papua New Guinea international Macdonald scored a superb try in the 52nd minute, following a strong break from his centre partner Lafai. The Samoa international Lafai was a constant threat, making a fine break that led to Macdonald’s try and then scoring two tries of his own.

Chris Atkin delivered a strong display in the second half, showcasing his versatility, while Marc Sneyd orchestrated Salford’s attack, playing a pivotal role in numerous tries. Salford’s forwards, led by the likes of Brad Singleton, Joe Shorrocks, and Ollie Partington, provided the platform for the team’s attacking prowess.
