Cornwall RFU Super Cup, Knockout and Clubs Cup Competitions.
Cornwall Rugby Football Union Limited
Patron: His Royal Highness, The Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh KG KT

It gives me great pleasure to announce that following recent discussions between our Hon Treasurer Richard Simeons, and our Chairman Denis Preece and Mr. Jeremy Mitchell of St. Austell Brewery, that St Austell Brewery under the name of “TRIBUTE Ales” Cornwall’s most famous beer have very kindly agreed to support and sponsor the above competitions, starting from next season 2010-11.

We are absolutely delighted that such a prestigious and well established local company has once again shown sufficient faith to support local sport in this way, many Cornish clubs currently benefit from similar sponsorship with this company, and of course they currently sponsor the local RFU Leagues for which we are most grateful. In these times of economic downturn the Cornwall RFU wishes to record it’s grateful thanks to Mr Mitchell and St Austell Brewery, and we look forward to a fruitful partnership working together.

Alan Mitchell
Hon Secretary
Cornwall Rugby Football Union.

The Ladies, U18s and U15s County Girls squads are looking forward to the 2010 / 2011 season and invite applications from coaches interested in helping to develop the women's and girls game in Cornwall. We are also interested in hearing from anyone interested in becoming a team manager.
All these are volunteer roles.

"If you have never thought about coaching girls or ladies before, why not give it a go in this World Cup year.

Please send expressions of interest to David Clark (secretary of the Women's and Girls Development Group) by the 31st August. Please outline your experience, qualifications, current CRB details and the names and contacts of two referees.angelandavid@clark.eclipse.co.uk
